Deirdre is a businesswoman with extensive experience in consulting, organisational development and learning & development. Industry experience spans the financial services industry specialising in retail banking, corporate banking and learning and development. Deirdre has a passion for continuous learning and sharing that passion with others. Her consulting background coupled with a solutions mindset ensures she is focused on providing clients with creative and flexible solutions that meet their specific needs and align with business strategy and best practice people management and development.
Deirdre joined aCE talentNET, in 2003. She is enjoying her role as Executive Director and Corporate Talent Agent, and being part of a winning formula that will ensure the continuing growth and success of aCE talentNET. Deirdre is responsible for consulting and brokering services by providing clients, and consultants, with quality support and advice on resourcing needs.
On a personal level Deirdre is a firm believer in taking risks and that nothing in life is achieved by taking the safe option. Her father's philosophy of 'bite off more than you can chew and go like crazy' has firmly rubbed off on Deirdre and she lives for the pursuit of personal and career success. Deirdre is a proud mother of Campbell and loving wife of Chris and sees her family responsibilities as the most fulfilling and rewarding that life can offer.
