Recruitment Campaign - Sensis Pty Ltd
Our client is a large corporate with a global reputation in its field. Sensis has now reached Phase IV of a large scale system implementation which will impact all staff. Phase IV involves delivery of a comprehensive training strategy that will deliver training and support to all levels of staff within the organisation. To deliver the training strategy our client is appointing a large external contracting team leveraging off the following minimum experience requirements:
- involvement in systems implementations
- experience in delivery of systems training (this may include 'in-house' training programs and/or MS office training)
- experience in operational environments
- experience in sales (mainly) and customer care will be highly regarded
- Cert IV Training & Assessment (desired but not essential)
Roles available:
Daily Rate Range: From $500+GST per day (NB: rates vary between the roles and experience of candidate)
Contract duration: Staggered starts during January 2009 (must be available from early January) until end of March 2009
Project Parameters:
- Trainers will work a 5 day working week, however training days/schedule will incorporate Saturdays & Sundays. Client will be looking for flexibility from Trainers to be available to work some weekend days (NB: it is strongly desired that trainers be flexible in this regard but not essential, favourable consideration will be given to those applicants with flexible work weeks)
- Average hours for all roles will be 7.30/8.00am - 5.30pm/6.00pm and 3-11pm for night shift.
- NO overtime will be paid (but reward & recognition scheme will be in place to reward those trainers who put in extra hours ie movie tickets etc)
- Client will be seeking interest from those who are available to work evenings & weekends (particularly Trainers & Workplace Coaches)
Selection Process for Trainers will involve:
- Interview with aCE talentNET (interview may be via phone)
- 10 min presentation to Client Selection Panel (to demonstrate Trainers ability to present technical information in an easy to understand / user friendly manner), followed by
- 15min Client Interview
- x2 Reference Checks
