Systems Trainer / Workplace Coach
Large corporate client is now ready to appoint a large national delivery and workplace support team to support the implementation of a large scale system change (Go Live date 6 October 2008). Official role title is Training & Support Consultant, and will be responsible for both:
Delivery: deliver effective training interventions that enhance the successes of the national sales, production, care and finance teams.
Support: provide effective road/on-floor support that enhances the successes of the national sales, production, care and finance teams.
A total of 30 Trainers is required to support the training rollout.
The role is responsible for:
- Delivery:
- Participate in Train the Trainer
- Delivery of training interventions to meet clients needs
- Delivery of modular components of systems training with on job coaching support to embed learning
- Liaise with training administration team to ensure training records are updated in a timely manner
- Participate in daily delivery conference calls
- provide regular feedback to Delivery Team Lead
- Fulfil the role of Change Advocates for the Change Program.
- Support:
- Provide on floor support to Production, Care and Finance teams
- Providing on road and on floor support to Sales Teams
- Stakeholder management to determine support needs
- Scheduling of Support Instances with teams
- Reporting of outcomes to Support Team Lead
- Providing regular feedback to Support Team Lead
- Facilitating Post Go Live Webex sessions and supplementary learning team briefings
- Participating in daily conference calls
- Feedback all skills gaps information to stakeholders and support team lead
- Daily reporting on support outcomes.
Experience Required:
- Experience in operational environments
- Experience in various project environments including system implementations
- Experience in Training Facilitations (particularly products/systems/skills)
- Experience training Enterprise Systems eg Seibel etc (desired but not essential)
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Experience in coaching and/or providing on floor support to end users
Contract duration: Early Jan 2009 - 31 March 2009
Remuneration: $500 +GST per day (dependent upon experience), invoiced fortnightly via your ABN to aCE talentNET.
