Training Delivery Lead - Resourcing (Ref No. SN C062)
Large corporate client requires a Training Delivery Lead to support the Training Delivery Manager with implementing the training strategy for a large scale system change. Training Delivery Lead will be
responsible for recruiting & managing large contract trainer team, coordinat ing training, trainers, scheduling, Train the Trainer / Induction activities, program evaluation and stakeholder management activities.
This role is responsible for:
- Formulate Overall Trainer Team Structure
- Source, recruit and manage a large team of trainers
- Develop resource schedule
- SME liaison and management
- Formulate Train the Trainer Schedule, Rollout and Induction
- Review Trainer Evaluations/Feedback
- Conduct support conference calls with support facilitators and manage feedback/ outcomes
- Participate and provide support status in Phase meetings
- Attend Train the Trainer program
- Report support status and outcomes to Training Support Manager
- Working closely in conjunction with other Delivery Training Support Leads to ensure successful transition between Project Phases
- Liaise with Instructional Design Team to feedback documentation updates
- Assist Training Support Manager with Phase 4 Support Pack
- Assist Training Support Manager with Phase 4 Workshop Schedule
- Collate evaluation feedback from Support Workshops
- Promotion of Support workshops
- Ensure the support of transfer of learning for participants post training
- Positive communication and conduct in all team interactions
Experience Required:
- Successful contractors will be able to demonstrate experience working in training project environments supporting large scale systems implementations
- Experience in Training Manager role, responsible for recruiting, managing and scheduling a team of trainers
- Experience Facilitator, having attended and run TTT programs
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of effective training interventions by reviewing Trainer Evaluations, reporting results and taking remedial action where necessary.
Position Type: Full-time
Contract duration: Now-December (with possible extension into 2009).
Remuneration: $550+GST per day, invoiced fortnightly via your ABN to aCE talentNET.
