We have noticed an interesting trend over recent months, where clients are requesting aCE talentNET to partner with them to identify candidates for permanent job roles. Whilst a departure from our niche consulting & brokering activities we have been very successful in assisting clients identify top quality candidates from a network which is not actively in the job seeker market. aCE prides itself on a talent network of top quality organisational development consultants and contractors spanning the spectrum of human resources, learning & development, change management and more. Many of which are always interested in being approached with different ways of working. The key here is 'flexibility', where both clients and consultants are flexible in role structure the potential for a very successful outcome is high. Whilst salary is always important, of equal interest is flexibility towards working hours (ie school hours, or limited number of days per week etc) and work venue (agreement to work from home office). aCE provides a high level of service to clients and candidates which we are regularly told is a refreshing approach to the standard recruitment and selection process.
To help us with our growing brokering and recruitment business we are pleased to welcome Rebecca Percoco to our administrative team. Rebecca has a background in recruitment, event management and administration. Rebecca will join the team mid May and will no doubt introduce herself to many of you in the months to come.
